You Are Six Simple Steps Away From Renting Your New Home:
 
Step 1:  Review our Rentals and choose at least one for your review. 
 
Step 2:  Drive by the property. Do NOT Disturb Tenants or walk around property. Drive by only.
 
Step 3:  Apply online & upload all required documentation.

NOTE: ONLY COMPLETE ONE APPLICATION. DO NOT COMPLETE MULTIPLE APPLICATIONS FOR EACH RENTAL.

NOTE - if all persons 18 and over do not apply individually,  requested documentation is not attached or the application fee is not paid the application will be cancelled. 
 
Step 4:  Office will call or email to confirm application has been received. Applications are processed in order they are received. 

Step 5: Approval/Denial (typically within 24 to 72 hours) 
 
Step 6:  ONCE Approved Office will call and schedule appointment to view interior of unit if it has not been viewed prior.
 
NOTE:  If Approved - Deposit & first months rent to be paid, sign rental agreement, walkthrough, and keys. 

NOTE: If Denied - letter sent to applicant.
