You Are Six Simple Steps Away From Renting Your New Home:
 
Step 1:  Review our Rentals and choose at least one for your review. Read all qualifications and application process. 
 
Step 2:  Drive by the property. Do NOT Disturb Tenants or walk around property. Drive by only.
 
Step 3:  Apply online & upload all required documentation.

NOTE: ONLY COMPLETE ONE APPLICATION. DO NOT COMPLETE MULTIPLE APPLICATIONS FOR EACH RENTAL.

NOTE - if all persons 18 and over do not apply individually,  requested documentation is not attached or the application fee is not paid the application will be cancelled. 
 
Step 4:  Office will call or email to confirm application has been received and process application fee. Applications are processed in order they are received. 

NOTE - application fee will NOT be processed until after application is verified.  

Step 5: Approval/Denial (typically within 48 to 72 hours) 
 
Step 6:  ONCE Approved Office will call and schedule appointment to view interior of unit 
 
NOTE:  If Approved - Deposit & first months rent to be paid, sign rental agreement, walkthrough, and keys. 

NOTE: If Denied - letter sent to applicant. 

Qualifications:
 
1. Minimum monthly gross income of 3 times times the rental amount.
(Example if rent is $1000 then your monthly gross income must be $3000). 
 
2. No evictions or open bankruptcies.
 
3. No outstanding utility bills or child support. 
 
4. Good rental history (request 5 years)

5. Application Fee is $35.00 per applicant (each person 18 years or older living in the unit). Application Fee is non-refundable once application if verified and credit processed.
