Rental Steps

Renting Your New Home in Six Simple Steps!
 
Step 1: Explore our available rentals and choose at least one you'd like to review.
 
Step 2: Drive by the property, but please DO NOT DISTURB tenants or walk around the premises. Drive by only.
 
Step 3: Complete the online application and upload all required documentation.

IMPORTANT: SUBMIT ONLY ONE APPLICATION. DO NOT APPLY SEPARATELY FOR MULTIPLE RENTALS.

NOTE: Each applicant 18 years and older must apply individually. Applications will be canceled if required documents are missing or fees are unpaid.
 
Step 4: Our office will call or email you to confirm receipt of your application. Applications are processed in the order they are received.

Step 5: Receive an approval or denial (typically within 24 to 72 hours).
 
Step 6: If approved, our office will schedule a unit viewing if it hasn't been seen prior.
 
IF APPROVED: You'll need to pay the deposit and first month's rent, sign the rental agreement, complete a walkthrough, and receive your keys.

IF DENIED: A notification letter will be sent to the applicant.
